UW Project Process

2. Get C100 form from UW project manager

analyze fee (A/E basic services vs add services
determine with UW PM is state fee schedule is acceptable
Some UW rules of thumb for interior TI remodeling:
1. Construction cost approx = 60% of total project cost
2. A/E fee approx = 15% of construction cost ( construction cost excludes FFE)
3. FFE hard cost approx = $40/SF

3. Form consultant team, UW can help find appropriate consultants for a specific building.

4. Get all consultants firms, names and rates to UW PM.

5. Determine if project is targeted value design,if so, scope and fee with consultants can be determined after kick off meeting.
