Sharepoint -Syncing Issues

If you are having synching issues with OneDrive - before sending Zen Techworks try these quick steps. If it doesn't help start a ticket.

• Right click on the SharePoint cloud icon on the taskbar > select 'Close OneDrive'

• Wait until icon disappears from taskbar

• Click on the Windows (start) button

• Start typing 'OneDrive'

• Select 'Open' >>>>

• Wait until it synchronizes, this may take a while...

• That's it!
