We have worked on a lot of single-family projects over the years.. including all new construction, remodels, and additions. I am attaching a link to the ‘work’ page of our website, as these projects reflect our single-family work best.

Our aesthetic style is modern with an emphasis on clean lines and timeless finishes, but we shoot for practical and comfortable (as opposed to precious or cold). I hope that makes sense.
On another page of our website, we describe our process and what a client can expect at each stage. We also identify all the ways our clients can participate and plan ahead to ensure an efficient design, permitting and construction process. It is intended to function as a tool both for seeing the project as a whole, and for dialing in important individual tasks. The goal is to develop a project that meets the client priorities, whether it be budget or schedule.

That all said, it would be helpful to know a little more about your project:
- Can you describe the scope of your project?
- What’s your timeline for the project? Is there a critical deadline that you are trying to meet?
- Do you have a maximum budget for the project? And does this maximum budget need to account for the ‘soft costs’ as well as the construction costs? (we call ‘soft costs’ everything that not covered by the cost of the actual construction.. surveys (if required), soils reports (if required), design fees, engineering, permit fees, etc)
- Have you looked at your Title Report to verify that there aren’t any covenants which might restrict what you want to do? (we had this issue come up recently on a single-family project that wanted to build a new second story).
If you forward us the address, we'll take a quick peek on google street view. That will likely spark more questions.
Ultimately, we are just trying to determine if we are a good fit for your project and if we can help you meet your goals.
