If you are experiencing file explorer problems try the steps below:
Press Windows Key + S and enter file explorer options. Select File Explorer Options from the list of results
When File Explorer Options window opens, go to the View tab
Uncheck Show preview handlers in preview pane
Now click on Apply and OK to save changes.

There are two types of logins set up by Zen Techworks: local vs. domain
Local is the login type we are moving away from. This simply meant each one of us would have a local user account on each desktop. Local logins naming convention was: firstnamelastname (all lower case)
Domain logins are specifically connected to your MS 365, which are listed as: .\firstname
This is important when setting up remote desktop!
