Hello A8 Team –
Our IT department (aka Franco) now has remote access into each of our CPU’s. This enables him to help us troubleshoot software or hardware problems in a pinch during working hours and it also enables him to troubleshoot or install updates after hours. This new system requires that your computers remain all the time.
From here on out, to get maximum CPU performance and IT support, at the end of the day please restart your machine. DO NOT SHUT DOWN.
Also, please verify your “Power & Sleep” Setting in Windows 10. They should match the screen shot below:
