QBO - A8 Annual Expense Reports

These reports are used for the Annual Projections Report for the partners

QBO- A8 Annual Expense Report (Excludes Employer Tax Liability)

• Log into QuickBooks
• Click on Reports from the side menu
• Select Custom Reports
• Select the A8 Annual Expense Report (Excludes Employer Tax Liability)
• Ensure the desired report time period is set
• Click Run Report

NOTE: This report excludes employer tax liability. In order to get those numbers follow the instructions below.

Payroll Tax Liability

• Log into QuickBooks
• Click on Reports from the side menu
• From the "Favorites" option select Payroll Tax Liability
• Ensure the desired report time period is set
• Click Run Report

You will use this report for the following categories:

- Social Security Employer

- Medicare Employer

- FUTA Employer

- WA Paid Family and Medical Leave ER

- WA SUI Employer

- WA Employment Administrative Fund

- WA Worker's Compensation Tax Employer
