Mubeat is the official app for pre-voting and live voting on MUSIC CORE. Ensuring proper voting is crucial to securing high rankings for SEVENTEEN.

📅 Voting Periods

✔ Pre-Vote: Tuesday 6PM ~ Thursday 11AM (KST)

✔ Pre-vote: Unlimited voting
✔ Live Vote: Saturday 3:15PM (KST)
✔ Live vote: Max. 5 voting tickets per account (150 Heart Beats)

🔺 Important Notes

Pre-vote and live vote have different mechanics (pre-vote is unlimited, live vote requires ticket exchange).
Heart Beats expire 90 days after collection—save and exchange them before voting!
Ads reset daily at 12AM (KST), make sure to collect them early.
For live voting, exchange Heart Beats for tickets before the voting period starts.

⚠️To maximise voting efficiency, collect and save Heart Beats in advance to ensure full participation during pre-voting and live voting periods.

Creating a Mubeat Account

Download & Open Mubeat

1️⃣ Go to the Profile tab (bottom right of the home screen).
2️⃣ Tap Log in to start the sign-up process.
3️⃣ Choose a login method:

Apple ID
Facebook
Google
Email (manual sign-up)

4️⃣ If using email, enter your details and agree to the terms.
5️⃣ Click Sign Up to complete registration!

How to collect heart beats

✔️ Watch Ads:

1 ad = 3 heart beats
Max 15 ads per account
Ads reset daily at 12:00 AM (KST)

✔️ Complete Quizzes & Tasks:

- - Participate in Mubeat quizzes & missions to earn heart beats

✔️ Extra Rewarded Ads:

- - Additional ads available for bonus heart beats

✔️ Purchase in Beat Mall:

- - Buy heart beats using real money

✔️ Spin Roulette & Roll Dice:

Earn extra heart beats by playing in Beat Mall

🔹 Heart Beats Expiration:

Expire 90 days after collection
Limited to 6~7 accounts per device

How to collect heart beats (Video)

Collecting will be the same as Android, unless otherwise stated.

Open Mubeat
Click Store Icon, fourth icon from the left
Just click okay when a pop up for Mubeat Egg shows up
Select Heart Beat
Click "Watch Video Ads"
Let the ad play, do not skip
Repeat until all 15 ads are done

How to Vote for MUSIC CORE

🟣 Pre-vote (Unlimited)

1️⃣ Go to ‘Vote’ page and select the Show! Music Core pre-vote banner
2️⃣ Select the nominated song and tap the purple heart button
3️⃣ Enter the amount to vote and press Vote

1 vote = 3 heart beats

🔵 Live Vote (Max 5 Votes)

📌 Must exchange heart beats for voting tickets before voting!

1️⃣ Go to ‘Vote’ page and select the Show! Music Core live vote banner
2️⃣ Choose the nominated song and tap the Mubeat logo button
3️⃣ Go to the ‘Store’ tab → ‘Live Voting’ page
4️⃣ Exchange heart beats for voting tickets:

30 heart beats 🔁 1 voting ticket
150 heart beats 🔁 5 voting tickets

📌 Important:

Voting tickets expire 30 days after exchange
Exchanged voting tickets cannot be converted back to heart beats
