Mnet Plus is the official app for pre-voting and live voting on M COUNTDOWN and MAMA Voting. Ensuring proper voting is crucial to securing high rankings.

🗓️ Voting Periods

📌 Important Notes

Both pre-vote and live vote follow the same steps.
Live voting ends earlier than the broadcast due to score tabulation.
Account creation is device-locked, meaning only one account per device can be used.
Make sure to log in and confirm your account before the voting period starts.

Download & Open Mnet Plus

1️⃣ Go to the Profile tab and tap Sign In / Create Account.

2️⃣ Enter your email and tap Get started with email.

3️⃣ Create a password following the required format and tap Next.

4️⃣ Fill in your birth year and select your gender (optional).

5️⃣ Agree to all terms and conditions, then tap Next.

6️⃣ Your account is now created! Tap Back to Home to proceed.

Before voting, you must join the M COUNTDOWN Community.

1️⃣ Tap the Pre-vote banner or the button under "Now".

2️⃣ Tap Confirm to join the M Countdown community.

3️⃣ Enter a nickname and bio, then tap Confirm.

4️⃣ A message will confirm that you've joined successfully.

1️⃣ Tap VOTE on the pre-voting poll on the homepage.

2️⃣ Scroll and tap SEVENTEEN on the vote page.

3️⃣ If prompted, agree to the Consent for Personal Information Collection and tap Submit Vote.

4️⃣ Repeat steps 2 & 3 until all 5 votes have been submitted.

5️⃣ A confirmation screen will show that all votes have been completed.

✔️ Make sure to update the app to the latest version.

✔️ The voting poll is on the homepage of the app.

🔹 Live voting follows the same steps as pre-voting.

🔹 The Live Vote Banner will appear once voting is open.

🔹 Voting closes earlier than the live broadcast due to score tabulation
