Terms and Conditions of Online Payments 

By entering your credit card or bank card information, the cardholder authorizes the Allegany County Fair and Allegany County Agricultural Society to charge applicable fees to your account for classes registered including late fees or processing fees. The cardholder assumes responsibility for using a secure connection when entering information. 

Refund Policy 

The Allegany County Fair and Allegany County Agricultural Society will not issue refunds under any circumstances. Be sure your selections are correct before continuing with your registration. Cardholders are liable for all fees charged and incurred in this process.
