Personal Information: Email addresses and passwords (stored securely via Firebase Authentication).
Health and Activity Data: Data regarding food intake, water consumption, bowel movements (poop logs), symptoms, moods, and physical activities that you manually enter into the app.
Device Data: We may collect information about your mobile device, push notification tokens, and operating system version to improve app stability.
3. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect or receive:
To facilitate account creation and logon process.
To allow you to track your nutrition and health history.
To generate reports and insights based on your entries.
To manage user accounts and subscriptions.
4. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone? We only share information with the
following third parties:
Google Firebase: For authentication, database storage (Firestore), and analytics.
Google Play Services & Apple Store: For handling payments and subscriptions.
We do not sell your personal health data to third-party advertisers.

Data Retention We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the "Settings" menu in the app.
6. Security We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
