Case:
I build the helpdesk, but the category and priority can't drop down.
Can you provide all the custom list in the sharepoint , because only the "Request Support" have the detail information about all columns field, the "Consultant by category" and "Observations" didn't.
Hello Friend! If the category and priority fields do not work for you, please check the configuration well in each step:
Create custom SharePoint list called “Request Support”
Create columns as they appear in the image
Column type "Selection" and these same options are used
Column type "Selection" and these same options are used and by default Open is used
