Hello Friend! I have reviewed the screen and it is true that it is not explained in the ebook how to assign a ticket to a consultant, for that reason I explain an alternative to activate this option.
First step:
Add the "assigned" field in the "SCREEN-ALL REQUEST-ASSIGNED-EDIT" and "SCREEN-ALL REQUEST-CATEGORY ME-EDIT" screens
These two "screen" are key because they allow the consultant to assign responsible for the ticket.
Add field "assigned" with Control Type to Edit selection
You can configure the field according to your needs
Remember to check the configuration of the "Request Support" list and add the "assigned" field
