Welcome to the All Email Access ("App"), developed by Siversky Donets ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our App or related services ("Services"). Our goal is to be transparent about our data practices and ensure your privacy is protected in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law ("LGPD"), and Google Play policies. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our End User License Agreement ("EULA"). Any capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the EULA.
We collect limited device-related data to ensure the App functions properly and to improve your user experience.
What We Collect: Hardware model, operating system version, and system settings.
Purpose: This data helps us optimize the App for your device, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compatibility.
Example: Knowing your device’s operating system version allows us to tailor features to work seamlessly on your device.
The App requires internet access to provide core functionalities.
What We Collect: IP address, network status, and anonymized usage data related to cloud-based features.
Purpose: Enables features like cloud synchronization, analytics, and ad display.
Example: Syncing email templates with a server requires an internet connection to ensure your data is up-to-date across devices.
We may send notifications to keep you informed about App-related updates or features.
What We Collect: Device identifiers to deliver notifications.
Purpose: To alert you about updates, reminders, or new features, such as new email templates or subscription status.
Example: A notification might remind you to check a new email template or confirm a subscription renewal.
Local Storage: All data related to your contacts or email templates is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store this data on external servers.
Anonymized Analytics: Any analytics data collected through third-party services (e.g., Firebase) is anonymized to protect your identity.
Security Measures: We use industry-standard encryption and conduct regular security audits to safeguard your data. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use strong device security practices.
Example: Your email templates are stored in a local database on your device, encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
The App requests specific permissions to provide its full functionality. Below are the permissions and their purposes:
INTERNET: Allows the App to connect to the internet for fetching email templates from a server, syncing with Firebase Firestore, or loading web content for previews.
POST_NOTIFICATION: Enables the App to send push notifications to alert you about updates, reminders, or new features, such as a new email template being available.
These permissions are requested only when necessary, and you can manage them through your device settings.
We use the following third-party libraries and SDKs to enhance the App’s functionality:
libs.androidx.lifecycle.viewmodel.ktx: Manages UI-related data, ensuring email templates persist across configuration changes like screen rotations.
libs.glide: Efficiently loads and caches images, such as email template thumbnails or embedded media.
libs.androidx.room.runtime, libs.androidx.room.ktx, libs.room.compiler: Enables local database storage for offline access to email templates using Room with Kotlin-friendly APIs.
com.intuit.sdp & com.intuit.ssp: Adjusts UI elements like size and text for consistent display across different devices.
Firebase: Collects anonymized usage data, such as feature engagement and crash reports, to improve App performance. This data does not identify you personally.
Google AdMob: Serves ads within the App, which may be personalized based on anonymized data.
All third-party services comply with applicable data protection laws, and we ensure any shared data is anonymized.
Local Data: All App data, such as email templates and contacts, is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.
Third-Party Data: Data collected by third-party services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob) is subject to their retention policies. We ensure any data shared with these services is anonymized.
Example: If you uninstall the App, all locally stored email templates are deleted from your device, but anonymized analytics data may remain with Firebase per their retention policy.
The App offers subscription-based and in-app purchase options to unlock premium features.
In-App Purchases: No In-App Purchases have been added to the App as of now, but we may add it in future.
