The subject of data protection is personal data. According to Article 4(1) GDPR, personal data refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as names or identification numbers.

3. Collection and Use of Data

3.1 Automated Data Collection

When you access the All Document Reader - Edit PDF app, your device automatically sends data for technical reasons. This data is stored separately from any other data you may provide to us, including:

• Date and time of access
• Browser type/version
• Operating system used
• URL of the previously visited website
• IP address (truncated by one octet)

This data is stored for technical purposes only and is not associated with any specific individual.

3.2 Support Requests

If you contact our support team, we collect and store the personal data you provide to process your request. You are not required to provide personal data and may contact us using a pseudonym.

We store support requests for 120 days after completion to ensure proper resolution and assist with any future issues.

Processing is carried out to fulfill your request and ensure proper operation of the app (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For general inquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to emails (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies

We use “cookies” to ensure full functionality and improve user experience. You may disable cookies in browser settings, but some app features may not work properly.

• Facebook Meta SDK cookies
• Google Ads cookies (ad performance measurement)
• Google Analytics cookies (usage analysis & improvements)

These cookies do not personally identify you.
Use of cookies is based on our legitimate interest in improving service design (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Data Transfer

In case of suspected illegal activity or misuse, personal data may be shared with authorities based on:

5.2 Third Party Service Providers

Data is deleted or anonymized once no longer necessary:

• Google Analytics data: 14 months

The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them (COPPA compliant).
