Mark Prine is a highly experienced construction professional with a proven track record of success in both residential and commercial projects. Born in 1978, he grew up in a rural setting and developed a strong foundation in the industry from an early age. Mark began his construction career in high school, eventually becoming a co-foreman in his senior year. He has since worked with a variety of clients across the globe, including in California, Oregon, Hawaii, and Kenya.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mark is actively involved in his community. He is a member of his church and dedicated to youth ministry, and also enjoys coaching soccer and t-ball. With a passion for helping others and a commitment to quality, Mark strives to deliver the best possible results to his clients. He works closely with each client to understand their needs and budget, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

We are open to you doing parts of the job such as painting, in order to save yourselves some money, so that is also something that can be discussed. We are here to make your dream home your reality.
Remodels
Every remodel is different. There are unique traits and characteristics based on the era the home was built and the direction the client wants to go. Sometimes it's as easy as changing flooring, or redoing the tile in the shower stall and others are completely gutting a part of the home in order to modernize and bring it up to date. A fun remodel project for us is any project that makes your space more functional for your family.
Additions
Fun additions for us are projects like adding a patio cover to your outdoor space so you can enjoy more time outside as our weather in Oregon changes. Or just adding more space to your existing home for the growth of your family. They can be challenging because you have to make the new construction match and flow with the original motif of the house. This is done by properly designing the roof lines which is the most difficult because of the different aspects like, making sure water does not pool anywhere and get trapped etc.
