## 1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
To provide our core service of generating kitchen designs, we collect the following data directly from you:
- **Text Prompts and Design Preferences:** We collect the text descriptions, style selections, and prompts that you manually input into the application's chat or design interface.
**What we DO NOT collect:** We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, or any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not read, scan, upload, or collect existing photos from your device camera or photo library.
## 2. How We Use Your Data
The text prompts and design preferences you provide are used strictly for one purpose:
- To generate the AI kitchen interior designs you requested.
## 3. Data Sharing with Third-Party AI Services (IMPORTANT)
To generate the AI designs, **we must transmit your text prompts to a third-party AI service.**
- **Who the data is sent to:** Your text prompts are transmitted to **Pollinations AI** (our third-party AI image generation provider).
- **What data is sent:** Only the specific text descriptions (prompts) you type into the app. No personal identifiers or device data are sent.
- **Third-Party Protection:** We confirm that Pollinations AI provides the same or equal protection of user data as required by Apple's guidelines. They process the text prompts solely to return the generated image and do not use this data to identify you or build personal profiles.
*(Note: As presented in the app, you will be asked to explicitly acknowledge and grant permission for your prompts to be sent to Pollinations AI before your first use of the generation feature.)*
## 4. Device Access Permissions
- **Photo Library (Add-Only):** Our app requests "Add-Only" (Write-Only) access to your device’s Photo Library. This is used exclusively to allow you to save the AI-generated kitchen designs directly to your device. We cannot and do not read, view, or scan any of your existing photos.
## 5. Data Retention and Security
Because we do not require you to create an account, we do not store your text prompts or generated images on our own servers after the session ends. All images are generated on the fly and saved locally to your device at your discretion.
## 6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
