I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and an International Postdoctoral Researcher at Tilburg University and Linköping University. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Jönköping International Business School and an M.Sc. in Economic Analysis from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

My research focuses on labor economics, aging and retirement, and the impact of technological change on firms and labor markets.
