My name is Huizheng Guo(郭慧正) with prefered first name Ali.

I am a fifth year math PhD student in George Washington University advised by Jozef H. Przytycki. My main research interest stays in knot theory and low-dimensional Topology, particularly fiber bundles, mapping class group, Alexander invariants, Khovanov Homology, skein modules, related geometric interpretations and other algebraic invariants. I am also interested in algebraic combinatorics, like Coxeter group, generatingfunctionology and graph theory algorithms.

I am a member of the Topology seminar in GWU. In 2025 Spring, I host the Greater Topology seminar with special topic related to Covers of Link complement. I am also one of the co-organizers of Knots in Washington in recent years. I am a reviewer for zbMATH Open.
