For this project I wanted to focus on using the pen tool to create a layer mask, and when I found this image of a super happy lizard I thought it would be perfect to create a sign for a Comedy Night at a Reptile Sanctuary.
Design Elements
Contrast - Dark green text on medium green to yellow gradient
Repetition - Text color is repeated in logo
Alignment - Left-aligned text, aligned to wrap around the subject's face
Proximity - Logo separate from text to draw the eye, title separate from information to create hierarchy
Color - Yellow and Medium green gradient, colors pulled from the image, dark green text
Type - Myriad Pro Bold Condensed (Adobe font)
