【研究背景 Research Background】
With over a decade of expertise in neuroimaging, particularly functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI), I stand out in the intersection of biomedical engineering and clinical application. My work primarily revolves around developing algorithms and software designed to identify key brain areas with critical functionality prior to medical interventions, aiming to improve outcomes in neurological or psychiatric treatments. My contributions are pivotal in surgeries for brain tumor removal and in managing depression severity through brain stimulation therapies. Beyond academia, her tenure at Quanta Inc. as a research associate manager involved medical imaging projects that integrated artificial intelligence (AI) into diagnostic processes. Now a faculty member at Chang Gung University, I have pivoted my research directions toward mental health issues, with a particular emphasis on modeling the brain network organizations associated with geriatric depression by employing artificial intelligence techniques. My work extends to investigating the mechanisms behind neurovascular coupling across different states, employing fMRI and electroencephalography techniques. Current scholarly contributions include over 25 publications (an h-index of 9 and 499 citations) and three patents (US 11,779,295 B2, Taiwan I733487, Taiwan I838592).
