If schools ensure a multi-tiered system of supports that meets the needs of all learners is prioritized and monitored, then the needs of all students will be met.
If teachers and collaborative teams employ effective instructional strategies, track, and monitor student progress, and adjust instruction accordingly, then student achievement and teacher practice will improve.
