Privacy Policy for Algo Kids
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Algo Kids is an educational game for children and families. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Accounts and locally stored information
Algo Kids does not require registration or provide user accounts. We do not ask users to submit their name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts or messages.
Learning progress, scores, selected age, language and preferences are stored locally on the device. We do not upload these records to our own servers. The workshop reset feature clears learning progress; Android app settings can be used to clear all locally stored app data.
Advertising and third-party services
Algo Kids displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including interstitial ads, rewarded ads and banners. Rewarded ads are optional and provide cosmetic rewards, rather than learning scores or access to educational solutions.
Google’s advertising SDK may collect and share technical information, including IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, ad and app interactions, diagnostic information and identifiers permitted by the app’s configuration. These are used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance.
We remove the Android advertising ID permission and configure ad requests for child-directed treatment with non-personalized advertising. These settings do not prevent all technical data processing. Advertising SDK data is encrypted in transit.

Children’s privacy
Algo Kids is intended for children and families. We configure advertising for child-directed treatment and restrict ad content to the general-audience rating. We do not request precise GPS location, microphone recordings, contacts or personal profile information from children.
Narration
The app uses the device’s text-to-speech service. Online voices may send the text being read to the selected speech-service provider. The app does not record the user’s voice or request microphone access. Speech-service processing is governed by that provider’s policies and device settings.
Reminders
Learning reminders are scheduled locally on the device, subject to Android notification permission. Their frequency can be changed or they can be disabled in the app’s settings.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains on the device until reset, cleared or removed through Android’s app controls. Third-party providers apply their own retention and deletion policies. Resetting learning progress does not delete information already processed by Google’s advertising services.
