3. DATA STORAGE
3.1 Local Storage

• Conversation history and scanned images are stored locally using SwiftData
• Images are stored in your device's Documents directory
• All local data remains on your device and is not automatically synced to external servers
3.2 Third-Party Storage
• Subscription data is stored by RevenueCat and Apple
• AI processing requests are sent to Google Gemini AI (via AIProxy) for temporary processing
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
4.1 Google Gemini AI (via AIProxy)
• Purpose: Processes your math problems, questions, and images to provide AI-powered solutions
• Data Shared: Images and text content you submit for processing
• Data Retention: Images are temporarily stored by Gemini for up to 48 hours for processing purposes
• Privacy: Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by Gemini AI

4.2 RevenueCat
• Purpose: Manages subscription purchases and premium feature access
• Data Shared: Purchase information, subscription status, and device identifiers

• Purpose: Processes in-app purchase transactions

• Camera Access: Required to scan math problems. You can revoke this permission in iOS Settings.
• Photo Library Access: Required to select images from your library. You can revoke this permission in iOS Settings.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
8. DATA RETENTION
• Local Data: Stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App
• Third-Party Data:
- Gemini AI: Images retained for up to 48 hours for processing
- RevenueCat: Retained according to their privacy policy
- Apple: Retained according to Apple's privacy policy
9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using our App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
