This Privacy Policy explains how AI Future Baby Generator ("we", "us", "our", or the "Application") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
We take your privacy incredibly seriously. We do not sell, rent, or secretly harvest your personal data, photographs, or face data.
Photographs and Face Data: To generate a prediction of your future baby, you must explicitly upload a photograph of yourself and your partner. We only access photographs that you specifically select from your device's photo library. The app extracts visual facial features (face data) from these selected photographs strictly for the generative AI blend. We do not collect biometric facial geometry maps or use the data to identify individuals.
Text Inputs: Any special features or text you type in the app (e.g., "blue eyes", "curly hair") to customize the generation.
We may collect anonymous, non-identifying analytical data regarding crashes, performance metrics, and general app usage (e.g., features clicked) to improve our Application.
Explicit Selection: Photographs are collected only through your device's native image picker. We do not have continuous access to your camera roll or gallery. You must tap and select specific images to be processed.
Text Fields: Text data is collected directly from the input fields within the Application.
The data collected is used strictly for the core functionality of the Application:
Image Processing & Face Data Use: Your uploaded photographs (and the face data within them) and text inputs are analyzed strictly and exclusively to generate an AI-based conceptual image of a future child.
Service Delivery: To deliver the generated image back to your device.
No Facial Recognition or Tracking: We do not use your photographs or face data to train our own AI models, nor do we use facial recognition technology to track or identify you across other services.
To perform the complex AI generation, your selected photographs (including face data) and text inputs are transmitted to our trusted third-party artificial intelligence service providers. We do not share your name, email, device ID, or any other personally identifiable information with these providers.
The specific third-party AI services we use are:
Replicate Inc. / Black Forest Labs: Used for processing the photographs and face data to generate the final image.
OpenAI, L.L.C.: Used for processing your text inputs (e.g., "blue eyes") to create a structured generation prompt.
We confirm that both Replicate Inc. and OpenAI provide the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this Privacy Policy.
Both services process the data temporarily in memory to return the result to our Application.
Both services do not use your images, face data, or text inputs to train their public foundational models via API usage.
Data is transmitted via secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i):
Disclosure: We disclose what data will be sent (your selected photos and text prompts) via an in-app consent modal.
Identification: We identify exactly who the data is sent to (Replicate Inc. and OpenAI) before you generate an image.
Permission: We require you to explicitly tap "I Agree" to grant permission before any data leaves your device.
Temporary Processing: Your uploaded photographs, face data, and text inputs are held only as long as necessary to generate the final image (typically a few seconds to a minute).
No Permanent Storage: We do not permanently store your original photos, face data, or the generated results on our servers, nor on our third-party provider's servers. Once the generated image is delivered to your device, the processing cache is immediately cleared.
Your Device: Generated images are saved locally to your device's photo library only when you explicitly tap the "Save" button.
Our Application is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or higher age threshold in certain jurisdictions). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
