Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using AI Future Baby Generator (the "Application").
By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.1 Purpose: The Application provides AI-generated image predictions of future children based on uploaded photographs. The Application is intended for entertainment purposes only. The generated images are not scientifically accurate and do not predict real-world genetic or biological outcomes.
2.2 User Content: You retain all rights to the photographs you upload. By uploading photographs, you grant the Application temporary access solely for the purpose of processing and generating the AI images. We do not permanently store, sell, or distribute your photographs.
2.3 Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Application to:
Upload photographs of individuals without their explicit consent.
Upload inappropriate, offensive, explicit, or illegal content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application or its AI models.
Use the generated images for any illegal, harassing, or defamatory purposes.
The Application may include in-app purchases or subscriptions ("Premium Access").
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR BE ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Application after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
