1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to AI Fast Food Menu Maker (the "Application"). Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, and specifically how your data is shared with third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services to provide the core functionality of the Application.
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
To provide you with our core design generation services, we collect the following limited information:
a) User Inputs for AI Generation: We collect the text prompts you type, the visual style preferences you select (e.g., "Street Food", "Gourmet"), and your device’s language hint. This data is collected directly from you when you actively interact with the design creation tools within the Application.
b) Anonymous Identifiers: We automatically create an anonymous, hashed user identifier to manage your generation credits and subscription status. We do NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, or social media accounts.
c) Local Device Photos: The Application does NOT read, scan, upload, or modify your existing photo library. The app only requests "Add Only" permission to save the final AI-generated image to your local device gallery if you choose to tap the "Save" button.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:
- To generate the requested fast food menu, promo, and packaging designs.
- To manage your subscription entitlements and track your remaining generation credits.
- To improve the user experience within the Application (e.g., loading the correct language).
We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT use your text prompts or generated images to track you across other apps or websites.
4. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES AND DATA SHARING (IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE)
To generate high-quality AI images, your User Inputs (text prompts and style selections) must be securely transmitted to third-party AI service providers. We only share the absolute minimum data required to fulfill your request. We do NOT send personally identifiable information (PII) to these AI providers.
Who we send your data to and why:
a) OpenAI: We send your raw text prompts to OpenAI's API to enhance and optimize the prompt for better image generation.
b) Replicate / Black Forest Labs: The enhanced text prompt is sent to image generation models hosted by Replicate and/or Black Forest Labs to render your final promotional design.
c) Supabase: We use Supabase as our secure backend infrastructure to route your text prompts to the AI providers.
d) RevenueCat: We share an anonymous identifier with RevenueCat to verify your active subscription and credit balance.
Protection of your data by Third Parties:
We confirm that any third-party AI service we share data with provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. Furthermore:
- OpenAI API does not use data submitted by customers via their API to train or improve their AI models.
- Replicate and Black Forest Labs process the prompts strictly to return the generated image and do not claim ownership or use your prompts to identify you.
5. USER CONSENT BEFORE SHARING DATA
In compliance with App Store Guidelines, we obtain your explicit permission before transmitting any of your inputs to our third-party AI services. Upon launching the design features for the first time, you will be presented with an "AI Data Notice." Your data is only transmitted if you actively tap "I Agree & Continue." If you decline, no data will be sent to our AI providers.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Prompts and Generations: Your text prompts and resulting images are processed transiently to deliver the service. We do not maintain long-term databases of your generated images on our servers. Images are saved locally on your device only when you initiate the save action.
- Anonymous Accounts: You can request the deletion of your anonymous account identifier at any time by deleting the Application from your device, which severs the connection to our backend.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
