General terms

• Complicated weapons

•The commissions will be made in order of payment.

•I have the right to reject your commissions without giving any explanation.

•These terms may change at any time without prior notice.

Work terms 

The work will be carried out in the following order:

1. After placing the order (and payment), I will start with the first sketch.

2. Upon completion of the sketch, it will be sent (with my watermark) for you to review.

3. With the necessary corrections made, I will proceed to finish the final product.

4. There are between 3-5 free revisions depending on the complexity, extra revisions will be charged

5. The full work will be delivered between 1-4 weeks, any request for express delivery will be charged 10% for each delivery day

What you receive:

• Full drawing in full quality without my watermark.

• The signature cannot be deleted.

• The piece can be processed with Glaze and/or Nightshade (anti AI) if the client so desire. 

• The estimated delivery time of the first sketch is up to one week (business days).

• The estimated delivery time of the final product is up to one month (business days).

• Delivery times may vary depending on my situation (work, family or health problems or force majeure situations). But punctuality is a must for me, so expect no delays.

About commissions time lapse:

Some commissions are faster than others. So I share with you the approximate waiting times according to the type of commission.

• Portrait: 1 week

• Half Body: 2-3 weeks

• Knee-up, full body or full render: 3-4 weeks

Payment terms

• The payment is via Paypal, that why your paypal e-mail is need.

• You can pay on the following moments:

1. Before starting the first sketch.

• I won’t start with the final product until I receive the payment.

Refund terms 

• A refund will only be made in case the sketch was delivered and at that time it is decided not to continue with the process. Refund is 75% of the total payment due to time and effort spent.

• Otherwise, if you are dissatisfied with the final product there will be no refund. Be sure to tell me all the details I need when the sketch is turned in.

Use terms 

• The commission are only for personal use NOT COMMERCIAL use.

•  The rights of each product that I produce are mine. You are paying me to create an image, not to transfer its rights.

•  You only have the right to use the final product for personal use (without commercial purposes / you cannot make money from it).

• I have the right to use the product as an example for future commissions.

If you ask for a commission, I'm going to assume you've read and agreed to these terms.

What do I need to make your commission? 

 If you are interested in my commissions, fill the form  with the following information:

• Your name and e-mail

• Character reference (sheet, description or picture)

• Type of commission: Body size (portrait to full body) and Color type (lineart to full render

• Between 3-10 images for reference

• Background color (optional)

• A small description about the character and scene: How is your character(s)' personality and emotion to be portrayed and The context of the pose the character is doing

• Some extra things (pose, expression, etc.) 

• Discount code (I’ll publish on my socials)

Guide:

Color type

• Lineart: Line only, white or grey backgroud

• Grey: Monochrome value from white to black

• Base color: Flat color, doesn’t have shadows or lights.

• Cell shade: It has shadows and lights in "cell shaded style".

• Full color: Elaborated shadows and highlights .

Body size

• Portrait: From head to shoulders

• Half body: 1/2 body, from head to waist

• Knee up:  3/4 body, from head to knees 

• Full body: From head to toe

IMPORTANT: 

The price can increase depending on the complexity of the background (room, light, etc.) and the complexity of the character design (complex hairstyles, clothes with too many details, etc.)
