Alex Roberts

My name is Alex Roberts and I am looking to start my career in sports broadcasting.

Originally from Chicago, I moved to San Diego in 2013 where I currently reside. I studied at the University of Colorado, Boulder with a major in Communications and a minor in Sports Media.

I worked with Sko Buffs Sports, the sports media club at CU, for two years and focused on producing and running broadcasts for club sports on campus. I have covered hockey, lacrosse, and baseball and have broadcasted over 80 total games through two years.

I also participated in the Golden Buffalo Marching Band for all four of my years at CU and consider music another one of my passions alongside broadcasting sports.

Since then, I have broadcasted another 22 baseball games for Cal State University-San Marcos and will be covering a multitude of sports there this upcoming school year.
