Made a Striling engine from a vice - Designed and machined engine parts from raw rectangular and circular stock. This is for the Machine Design and Manufacturing course.  

• Learned how to use the Prototrak Mill, Lathe, and Bandsaw.

• Experience using Mastercam to produce the g-code, also used pt4 files.

• Modeled all parts in SolidWorks and assembled all parts with realistic mates that replicated final movements

• Used ASME standard drawings that were approved by pro-staff in the lab to machine custom parts

• During testing, reached 2450 RPM
