Welcome to my website! 

I am Alejandro Rabano, a PhD Candidate in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). 

I work on macroeconomics and firm dynamics, studying how technology and climate change affect production and aggregate outcomes. My research analyzes the use of data for advertising and innovation, the adaptation to extreme weather events and the impact of technology on skilled labor demand. 

In September I will join the Department of Monetary Policy and International Economy at Banco de España.
