At the young age of 19, Alejandra Viana launched her first business, Leg Candy Apparel, a women’s clothing line completely manufactured in Los Angeles. As a young entrepreneur, she navigated a myriad of challenges, gaining invaluable insights through real-world experience. Owning her own business revealed her innate talents and interests, inspiring her to further her education. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton.
Since Leg Candy, Alejandra has continued building her network and experimenting in various industries, including launching a meal prepping business and later founding her consulting company, AV Business Solutions. She is very selective about the clients she takes on, ensuring it’s the right fit for everyone so that each project can be successful. Alejandra’s approach is not just about strategy—it’s about creating a safe space where clients can openly share both their business and personal challenges. She helps them gain clarity, build effective structure, and develop workflows that truly work for their unique situations. This full-experience approach leads to real transformation and lasting results—not just quick fixes.
Alejandra has remained committed to community impact throughout her career. She served as a career coach for Santiago Canyon College, guiding high school students in the Orange Unified School District. In 2019, she played a key role in the redevelopment and rebranding of the Digital Media Center in Santa Ana—a hub housing the Orange County Small Business Development Center, Santa Ana College’s Digital Media programs, a business incubator, and coworking offices.
From the pandemic to becoming a mom, Alejandra entered the corporate world in 2021, joining the advertising agency space as an Account Executive within the Omnicom Global network, managing clients like AT&T and American Express.
In 2024, she began developing The V Collective, a community space concept created to support professional women of color through connection, mental wellness, and growth. The project is currently on hold as she continues to seek the right partnerships to bring the vision and physical space to life.
Alejandra now teaches as an adjunct faculty member for the Entrepreneurship program at North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE), where she mentors current and aspiring business owners with real-world insight and strategy.
She continues to consult with businesses across Orange County and Los Angeles, big or small, helping them build intentional, values-driven growth strategies. For Alejandra, consulting isn’t just about profits—it’s about supporting people in their journey, offering a holistic, personalized approach that helps her clients thrive both professionally and personally.
