That would include IF, WS, SW and by the time of the siege BA aa well. I am planning on including a couple of squads in MKVI in my IF and WS. Personally i would not include MKVI in a DA or UM army as they did not reach terra in the heresy or have supply lines to it but i f someone else did i would not have an issue with it.
