Thanks for visiting my website. I am Lecturer in Economics at Queen's Management School at Queen's University Belfast.

In June 2020, I was awarded the Sir Alec Cairncross Prize for best paper submitted by a young economist.

In 2017, I was awarded the prestigious British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship. As the Principal Investigator, I led the project: Land Reform, Ethnic Groups, and Long-Run Development in Latin America: A Case Study of Mexico.

Before joining the School, I worked as Lecturer in Economics, Postdoctoral Fellow, and Research Associate at the University of Glasgow.

My main research interests are development economics, political economy, economic history, and economic geography.
