- **Text Prompts (User Input):** The text descriptions you type directly into the App's text box to describe the coffee cup, cafe branding, or mockup design you want to generate. This data is collected directly from you when you press the "Generate" button.
- **Anonymous Usage Data:** We collect anonymous, non-identifying crash logs and basic analytics (e.g., button clicks) to help us find bugs and improve app stability.
- **Transaction Data:** If you purchase a subscription or credits, the transaction is processed securely by Apple. We only receive an anonymous digital receipt to validate your purchase. We do not collect or see your payment information.
## 2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:
- **To Provide the Service:** Your Text Prompts are used exclusively to instruct our AI models to generate the coffee cup images you requested.
- **To Improve the App:** Anonymous crash logs help us maintain app performance.
We do **not** use your text prompts for marketing, advertising, or selling to data brokers.
## 3. Data Sharing with Third-Party AI Services
To provide the core functionality of generating high-quality cup mockups from your text, the App must send your Text Prompts to third-party AI service providers.
**Who your data is sent to:**
- **OpenAI, L.L.C.:** We send your raw text prompt to OpenAI via their secure API. OpenAI acts to enhance, translate, and optimize your simple text into a detailed prompt suitable for professional image generation.
- **Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs):** We send the optimized text prompt to Replicate via their secure API to access the FLUX image generation models, which actually draw and render the final image.
**Equal Protection and Data Training:**
We confirm that these third-party AI services provide the same or equal protection of your data as outlined in this policy. Furthermore, data sent via their enterprise APIs is **not** used to train their public AI models. They only process the prompt to return the image to you.
## 4. Obtaining Your Permission
We do not send any of your text prompts to these third-party AI services without your explicit consent.
- When you first attempt to generate an image in the App, you will be presented with a clear, in-app "AI Data Notice" modal.
- This modal explicitly states that your text prompts will be sent to OpenAI and Replicate.
- Your data is only transmitted after you explicitly tap the "I Agree & Continue" button.
## 5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
- **Local Storage:** The images generated for you, your generation history, and your remaining credit balance are stored locally on your device. We do not store your generated images on our servers.
- **Photo Library Access:** The App will ask for permission to access your device's Photo Library *only* if you choose to manually save a generated image to your device. We do not read, scan, upload, or modify your existing photos.
- **Security:** We use industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) when transmitting your prompts to our third-party AI API providers.
## 6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
