Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the AI Certificate: Award Maker mobile application ("App"). This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and the developer ("We", "Us", or "Our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the App.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.
The App utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms provided by third-party services (including OpenAI, Replicate, and Black Forest Labs) to generate concepts for custom certificates, plaques, diplomas, and awards based on text descriptions provided by you.
You may use the images generated by the App for personal and commercial purposes, provided such use does not violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
You expressly agree not to use the App to generate, distribute, or promote:
Fraudulent or counterfeit academic diplomas, official government documents, or licenses.
Certificates that impersonate real educational institutions, organizations, or individuals with malicious intent.
Content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise violates the rights of any third party.
We do not endorse or take responsibility for any fraudulent use of the documents generated within this App.
The App operates on a premium model requiring the use of "Credits" or an active Subscription for the generation of AI images.
Credits: Can be purchased within the App. Credits are consumed upon image generation. They are non-refundable.
Subscriptions: We offer auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) that provide a set allocation of credits or generation capabilities.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Your text prompts are sent securely to our third-party AI partners (OpenAI and Replicate) strictly for the purpose of generating your requested certificate image. No personal identifiable information (PII) from your device is attached to these prompts. By using the App, you consent to this data processing. The App only accesses your Photo Library if you explicitly choose to save a generated image, and it does not scan, read, or upload your existing photos.
The App, including its original code, design, user interface, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software.
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. We make no representation or warranty that the App will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, or operate without interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
