- **App Usage Data:** Non-identifiable interaction metrics (such as styles selected) to improve the app's performance.
**Note:** We **do not** collect, store, or transmit your personal identity, location data, camera feed, or existing personal photos. Our request to access your Photo Library is strictly **"Add-Only"** to save the generated images locally to your device. We cannot read or scan your camera roll.
## 2. How We Collect Data
We collect your Text Inputs (prompts) and Style Selections *only* when you actively submit them by tapping the "Generate" or "Send" buttons within the app.
## 3. How We Use Your Data
The data we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:
- **Service Fulfillment:** To translate your text ideas into stunning architectural visualizations and decor concepts.
- **AI Processing:** To enhance your prompt and render the final high-resolution image based on your exact specifications.
## 4. Who We Share Your Data With (Third-Party AI Services)
To provide state-of-the-art AI generation, your Text Inputs (prompts) are transmitted to highly secure, industry-leading third-party AI service providers. We **do not** share any personally identifiable information with these services. The data shared is strictly limited to the text prompts you write.
Before any data is transmitted, the app will request your explicit permission via an in-app consent modal. Once granted, your text inputs are processed by:
1. **OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.):**
- **What is sent:** Your text prompts and style selections.
- **Why it is sent:** To enhance, format, and translate your prompt into a highly detailed architectural description.
- **Data Protection:** OpenAI provides enterprise-grade data protection and does not use data submitted via its API to train its public models.
2. **Replicate (Replicate, Inc.):**
- **What is sent:** The enhanced text description (generated by OpenAI).
- **Why it is sent:** To render and generate the final visual image of the cafe/restaurant decor.
- **Data Protection:** Replicate processes the rendering securely. The generated images are returned directly to your device.
We confirm that these third-party providers implement strict privacy safeguards that provide the same or equal protection of your data as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
## 5. Explicit User Consent
In compliance with global privacy standards, the app utilizes an explicit "Opt-In" consent mechanism. The very first time you attempt to generate a design or use the AI chat, a clear prompt will explain exactly what data (your text input) is being sent and to whom (OpenAI and Replicate). We will not transmit any data to our third-party AI services until you explicitly tap "I Agree".
## 6. Data Retention
We do not store your prompts or generated images on our servers. All generated images are saved locally to your device's storage. The text prompts sent to OpenAI and Replicate are processed ephemerally and are not retained or utilized by them for model training.
## 7. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
