This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the developer of AI Baby Shower Generator ("Developer," "We," "Us," or "Our"). This agreement governs your use of the AI Baby Shower Generator application (the "App") operating on iOS and Android devices.
Please read this EULA carefully before downloading, installing, or using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the App.
You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. The Developer, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA. This license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded Products or Android devices that you own or control.
The App operates on an auto-renewable subscription basis ("Premium Subscription") which provides full access to AI-generated baby shower cards, themes, and all premium styles.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate images ("Content") based on user prompts.
Usage Rights: You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the generated images. You may not claim the raw AI-generated output as entirely your own original artwork for copyright purposes, but you are free to use it for personal baby shower events and planning.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to input prompts that generate illegal, offensive, harassing, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the practices detailed in our Privacy Policy.
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. You acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for the App.
You acknowledge that the Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.
