MQTT Talk

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application MQTT Talk (“Application”) for mobile devices.  The Application requests permission to use your device’s microphone for the purpose of recording your voice for two-way communications. 

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

Recorded data is handled as personal and sensitive information.  Data recorded by the Application is not transferred by the user's device to the developer of the Application, stored by any third-party, or shared with any service.   

California Privacy Rights

California law entitles residents to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal information we share with third parties for those entities' direct marketing purposes.  As set forth above, no recorded data is stored on the individual's device and, therefore, is not accessible by the developer of the Application or any third-party.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.  You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
