This Privacy Policy explains how Al10th.com (“Al10th.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes information when users access:
The Al10th.com mobile application;
The website at https://al10th.com; and
Related services, including local news, city directories, job listings, stores, service requests, maps, notifications, and other local content.
We are committed to handling user information responsibly and transparently.
Users can access and use the application without creating an account, choosing a username, or providing a password.
Because the application does not create user accounts, we do not maintain registered user profiles or account credentials.
Certain optional features—such as contacting us, applying for a job, requesting a service, or submitting an order—may require users to provide limited information necessary to complete the selected request.
The information collected depends on the features users choose to access.
When users contact us, apply for a job, request a service, submit an order, or complete a form, we may receive:
Name;
Email address;
Phone number;
Delivery address or location description;
Job application or employment information;
Details of the requested product or service;
Uploaded files or images; and
Information included voluntarily in a message or form.
Users should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the requested service.
With the user’s permission, the application may access approximate or precise location information to provide features such as:

Users can disable notifications at any time through the application settings, where available, or through their device settings.

Google Firebase services used for push notifications, analytics, performance monitoring, or crash reporting, where enabled;
Google Maps Platform for maps, place lookup, and location-related functionality;

Employers receiving a job application submitted by the user;
Service providers selected to complete a user’s request;
Customer-support and communication providers; and
Government, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities when disclosure is legally required.
A store, employer, or service provider may process the information it receives independently. Users should review the privacy practices of the relevant recipient before submitting personal information.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service, handle disputes, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Certain information may be retained for a longer period when reasonably necessary to:

After the applicable retention period, information is deleted or anonymized.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through the normal backup-rotation process. Such information will not be restored for ordinary business use after a valid deletion request.
Because the application does not create user accounts, there is no registered app account to delete.
Users may nevertheless request deletion of personal information they previously submitted through a form, job application, order, service request, or support communication.

The request should include only the information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant record, such as the phone number or email address originally submitted.

Users should not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
After receiving a valid request:
We may take reasonable steps to verify that the requester is connected to the relevant data;
We will locate and delete personal information under our control, where applicable;
We will request deletion from service providers operating under our instructions, where applicable;
We will normally complete the request within seven business days; and
We will send confirmation when the request has been completed.
Limited information may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal claims. Retained information will be restricted and will not be used for marketing.
Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:
Request access to personal information held about them;
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
Request deletion of personal information;
Withdraw consent for optional processing;
Disable location and other device permissions;
Disable push notifications; and
Object to or request restriction of certain processing activities.

Al10th.com is a general-audience service and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian authorization where required.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has submitted personal information improperly, they may contact privacy@al10th.com. We will investigate the request and delete the information where appropriate.
The application may contain links to third-party websites, stores, employers, service providers, or social-media platforms.
We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of independent third-party services. Users should review the relevant third party’s privacy policy before submitting personal information.
