AkvaSim is an aquaculture simulation game. It does NOT collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any sensitive personal information. It contains NO ads and does NOT sell your data. The only data leaving your device is what is needed to run the optional online leaderboard and weekly challenge.
DATA WE COLLECT. When you use the online leaderboard, the App uses Google Firebase (Anonymous Authentication and Cloud Firestore) and processes: (1) an anonymous user identifier generated by Firebase, not linked to your identity; (2) a farm name a nickname you type yourself when submitting a score (please do not enter real personal data here; it is shown publicly on the leaderboard); (3) game results your in-game score, selected species, profit, FCR, CO2 value and a timestamp. Firebase may also process standard technical data (such as a device installation identifier and IP address) to operate the service securely. We do NOT collect real name, email, location, contacts, files, or advertising identifiers. Analytics is disabled.
PUBLIC VISIBILITY. The leaderboard is public: your chosen farm name and score are visible to other players.
HOW DATA IS USED. Solely to provide app functionality displaying the leaderboard and the current weekly challenge. Data is not used for advertising or profiling, and is not sold to third parties.
STORAGE AND SECURITY. Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase / Cloud Firestore, EU region) and transmitted using encryption in transit (TLS).
DATA DELETION. Because accounts are anonymous, entries cannot be tied back to you automatically. To have your submitted leaderboard entry removed, contact brazass1986@gmail.com with the farm name and approximate date, and we will delete it.
CHILDREN. The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
CHANGES. We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
