A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit.
Full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Changes to the reservation, including date or guest count, are subject to availability and require prior written notice.
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), bookings may be rescheduled without additional charges, subject to availability.
