The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund of any additional payments made.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.
Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 5 days' advance notice, subject to availability.
