Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from Akkel Guest House.
Deposit Requirement: To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI.
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Maximum Occupancy: Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Please ensure the number of guests matches your booking details.
Booking Modifications: Changes to your reservation, including date changes or room upgrades, must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in and are subject to availability.
Special Requests: If you have any special requirements (e.g., extra beds, accessibility needs), please inform us at the time of booking.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically arranged in advance.
