- App usage state: favorites, continue-watching progress, selected settings

- Technical/network data: basic request metadata and public IP checks used for session stability checks

- authenticate your account

- provide live TV, EPG playback features

- keep your session active and synced

- store your preferences and playback continuity

- detect major network/session changes that impact playback

## 3. Data Storage

- Session data is stored on device using encrypted shared preferences when available.

- Some cache and preference data is stored locally to improve app speed and continuity.

- Retention can vary by data type and usage (session, cache, favorites, progress).

## 4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

Data is processed with backend services required for account login, catalog retrieval, EPG/catchup data and media delivery.

These services may receive network request metadata required for technical operation.

## 5. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures for data protection (including encrypted local session storage where supported).

Important: depending on backend configuration and endpoint setup, some traffic paths may not always be encrypted in transit.

The app is not directed to children.
