Diler Holding, was founded in 1949, has been actively operating in the fields of steel manufacturing, exportation, energy naval transportation, port managament, mining, banking and tourism, along with its subsidiary companies within its structure. Steel Production facilities under Diler Holding are as below;-Yazıcı Iron & Steel Industry, Trade and Tourism Inc., was established in 1949 in Karabük and today reached an annual crude steel capacity of 1.000.000 Mtons at her steel shop which had been relocated to Iskenderun in 1993. The steel shop is equipped with one 78 MVA ultra high power DC electric arc furnace and one 12 MVA ladle furnace, produces steel billets ranging from 100X100 mm to 140X140 mm cross section through a 6 strand high speed continuous casting machine.The Rolling Mill has an annual capacity of 1.250.000 Mtons, is a fully continuous two strand rolling mill incorporating double, triple, quarted slitting and controlled water cooling process (TEMPCORE). Controlled cooling (Tempcore) process attains high strength levels in the reinforcing Steel bars together with an increase in the weldabality of the material as the maximum carbon equivalent is reduced.-Diler Iron & Steel Industry and Trade Inc., located in Dilovası, İzmit was established in 1954 and today reached an annual crude steel capacity of 1.500.000 Mtons. There are steelmaking plant, debar rolling mill producing rebar, spooled/compact coils and wire rod hot rolling plant.The steel shop is equipped with one 100 MVA ultra high power finger-shaft electric arc furnace and one 20 MVA ladle furnace, produces steel billets ranging from 100X100 mm to 180X180 mm cross section through a 6 strand high speed continuous casting machine.-DILER Wire Rod Hot Rolling Mill has an annual capacity of 450.000 t/y producing special quality wire rod grades for steel cords, welding wire, cold forming, medium-high carbon and free cutting steels.-DNA PC Strand was established in 2019 as a division of Diler Holding. Located at the 18,000 sqm facility in Dilovası Makinacılar Industrial Zone, Kocaeli, the establishment manufactures PC Strand and PC Wire. The fully automated surface treatment line at the facility, equipped with environment friendly regeneration and water treatment system, operates with 100.000 tonnes of annual capacity. PC Strand and PC Wire lines that have initiated their productions with the annual capacities of 30.000 tonnes and 10.000 tonnes respectively, are planned to increase their capacity up to 100.000 tonnes by the end of the investment. The integration of DNA with Diler Holding’s steel melt shop and wire rod mill compliments our expertise on the steel’s journey from scrap to the end-product as our strongest feature, as well as the state-of-the-art facility.DNA PC STRAND factory owns JIS G 3536 certification concerning Steel wires and strands for prestressed concrete with specified type 7-wire strand Grade B (SWPR7BL) DILER FOREIGN TRADE was established in 1984 as the international trading arm of the group and now ranks within the top 10 exporters in Turkey. Diler Holding は 1949 年に設立され、傘下の子会社とともに鉄鋼製造、輸出、エネルギー海運、港湾管理、鉱業、銀行業、観光の分野で積極的に事業を展開してきました。 Diler Holding 傘下の鉄鋼生産施設は以下の通りです。 Steel Industry, Trade and Tourism Inc. は 1949 年にカラビュクで設立され、1993 年にイスケンデルンに移転した鉄鋼工場では現在、年間粗鋼生産能力 100 万トンに達しています。この鉄鋼工場には 78 MVA が 1 台装備されています。超高出力 DC 電気アーク炉と 1 台の 12 MVA 取鍋炉により、6 ストランド高速連続鋳造機を通じて断面 100X100 mm から 140X140 mm の範囲の鋼ビレットが製造されます。圧延機の年間生産能力は 125 万トンで、ダブル、トリプル、クォートスリットと制御された水冷プロセス (TEMPCORE) を組み込んだ完全連続 2 ストランド圧延機。制御冷却 (Tempcore) プロセスにより、最大炭素当量が減少するため、材料の溶接性が向上するとともに、鉄筋の高強度レベルが達成されます。イズミット州ディロヴァスにある Steel Industry and Trade Inc. は 1954 年に設立され、現在では年間粗鋼生産能力が 150 万トンに達しています。製鋼工場、鉄筋、スプール/コンパクトコイルを生産するデバー圧延機、線材熱間圧延工場があります。製鉄所には100MVAの超高出力フィンガーシャフト電気炉1台と20MVAのレードル炉1台が備え付けられており、鋼ビレットを生産しています6 ストランド高速連続鋳造機による 100X100 mm から 180X180 mm の断面の鋳造。-DILER 線材熱間圧延機は年間生産能力 450,000 トン/年で、スチールコード、溶接ワイヤ、冷間成形用の特別品質の線材グレードを生産します。 、中高炭素鋼および快削鋼。-DNA PC Strand は、Diler Holding の一部門として 2019 年に設立されました。コジャエリのディロヴァス・マキナジュラル工業地帯にある18,000平方メートルの施設に位置するこの施設は、PCストランドとPCワイヤーを製造しています。施設の完全自動化された表面処理ラインは、環境に優しい再生および水処理システムを備えており、年間生産能力 100,000 トンで稼働しています。PCストランドラインとPCワイヤーラインは、それぞれ年間生産能力30,000トンと10,000トンで生産を開始しており、投資終了までに生産能力を最大100,000トンに増加する予定です。 DNA と Diler Holding の鋼溶解工場および線材工場の統合は、当社の最大の特徴であるスクラップから最終製品までの鋼材の旅に関する専門知識と最先端の施設を補完します。DNA PC STRAND 工場指定タイプ7線ストランドB級（SWPR7BL）のプレストレストコンクリート用鋼線およびストランドに関するJIS G 3536認証を取得 DILER FOREIGN TRADEはグループの国際貿易部門として1984年に設立され、現在はトルコの輸出業者トップ10内にランクされています。 。 Diler、DNA、YazıcıIron &鉄鋼製品は、Diler 外国貿易によって国際的な顧客の大規模なポートフォリオに輸出されています。
