My work focuses on improving our understanding of mass transfer in multiphase, and organic electrochemical systems to aid the design of next-generation electrochemical devices. I am motivated by my personal experience of energy and resource scarcity in the developing world to conduct translational research into the complexities of electrochemical systems.
I am currently a researcher at the Center of Applied Space Technology and Microgravity (ZARM) at the University of Bremen where I work in the Martian Mindset excellence cluster on developing (photo-)electrochemical nitrogen fixation for human-space exploration.
