The soundwalk, Tuning to the open air, is an invitation to walk with attention in listening. Keep expanding your awareness of the soundscape around your moving body.
The walk is designed to last for around 20 minutes.
This guide will introduce a set of six listening prompts to invite different modes of listening.
You may use them as an aural compass to guide your attention.
Each prompt will be framed with a moment of silence.
During the silence, you are welcome to pause the audio, unplug the headset, and walk with your ears open.
When you feel ready for the next listening prompt, resume the audio and continue walking.
