I am a highly experienced computational biologist with over 12 years of proficiency in a range of fields, including multi-omics data analysis, systems biology, prediction algorithm development, cheminformatics, phylogenomics, database and webserver development. My research expertise lies in the areas of antimicrobial resistance, biofilms, bacterial cell-cell communication, and virology. I possess strong experimental skills, including the ability to explore bacterial systems such as developing biofilms and evaluating the impact of inhibitors.
