This is the Privacy Policy for all apps and websites developed and owned by AjWorld . We value the privacy of the people who use our apps and websites and have created
this Privacy Policy to explain what information is collected and how it is used.
Apps currently covered by this Privacy Policy:
- PDFileScan: Edit & Sign PDF — a document scanning, PDF editing, and OCR (text recognition) app.
- Hair And Eye Color Changer — a photo-editing app that lets you preview different hair and eye
colors on your photos.
- Maze with Snake or Arrow — a tap-to-solve maze puzzle game (package com.ajworld.mazesnake).
Where a data practice below differs between apps (for example, which specific third-party SDKs
an app actually uses), this is noted under that app's own name. Otherwise, a section applies to
all apps listed above equally.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do NOT collect, store, or use any personal information (such as your name, email address, or
phone number) while you visit, download, or use our apps or websites, except for any personal
information you voluntarily submit directly to us (for example, by emailing us a support request).
- Maze with Snake or Arrow and Hair And Eye Color Changer do not require or offer account
creation or sign-in of any kind.
- PDFileScan offers an OPTIONAL Google Drive sync feature. If you choose to use it, PDFileScan
uses Google Sign-In to connect to your Google account so your scanned documents can be backed
up to your own Drive; this involves your Google account information (such as your email
address) and is used solely to provide the sync feature you opted into. This does not happen
unless you actively enable Drive sync.
2. NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our apps and websites may automatically collect certain non-personal, technical information to
operate, maintain, and improve the product — such as device identifiers, general device/OS
information, coarse (non-precise) location derived from IP address, app usage patterns, and crash
diagnostics. This information is not used to identify you personally.
3. ADVERTISING
Some of our apps display ads to support free access to the app. Which ad networks are used
differs by app:
- Maze with Snake or Arrow uses Google AdMob only (no mediation network) to serve ads, including
rewarded video ads for optional in-game bonuses.
- PDFileScan uses Google AdMob only, the same way.
- Hair And Eye Color Changer uses Meta (Facebook) Audience Network, together with Unity Ads /
IronSource LevelPlay as a mediation layer (which itself may route ad demand through Meta
Audience Network via its own adapter).
Whichever of the above applies to a given app, that ad network and its partners may collect an
advertising identifier, general device/usage information, and coarse (non-precise) location
derived from IP address to select, serve, and measure ads. Where required by law (for example,
EEA/UK users), our apps request consent before loading personalized ads via Google's User
Messaging Platform (UMP), changeable any time from the app's own settings. Each ad network listed
above operates under its own privacy policy in addition to this one: see
policies.google.com/technologies/ads for AdMob, and each provider's own published policy for Meta
Audience Network / Unity Ads / IronSource. You can reset or opt out of your device's advertising
identifier directly in your device's system settings.
4. ANALYTICS AND CRASH REPORTING
All three apps use Firebase (Google) — Firebase Crashlytics for crash/diagnostic reporting and
Firebase Analytics for basic, aggregated usage analytics — to help us find and fix bugs and
understand broad usage patterns. This data is not linked to your personal identity.
5. IN-APP PURCHASES
Where an app offers in-app purchases (for example, Maze with Snake or Arrow's coin/diamond packs,
"Remove Ads," and Extra Heart Slot), these are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We
never receive, see, or store your payment/card details — Google Play handles all payment
information directly. In Maze with Snake or Arrow specifically, purchases are cosmetic/
convenience-only, never unlock hidden content or provide a competitive advantage, and the app
contains no loot boxes or purchases with a randomized/unknown outcome. Any in-app virtual currency
has no real-world value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged outside the app.
6. DATA RETENTION
Your own in-app progress and settings (where applicable) are stored locally on your device only,
for as long as the app remains installed, and are removed when you uninstall the app. We do not
separately retain this data ourselves. Data collected by third-party SDKs (advertising ID, crash
logs, analytics) is retained by those providers according to their own retention schedules.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)
Our apps are general-audience products and are not directed at, nor primarily intended for,
children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information,
contact us using the details below so we can address it.
8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
- You can manage ad personalization consent via the in-app privacy/ad-choices option where shown.
- You can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your device's system settings.
- You can uninstall an app at any time, which stops all data collection described here for that
app and removes its locally stored data from your device.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the
CCPA/CPRA (California) — including the right to know, access, delete, or object to processing —
with respect to the limited data described in this policy. Because most of that data is
collected by third-party SDKs rather than by us directly, such requests are often best directed
to the relevant provider (e.g. Google) in addition to contacting us below.
- We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
9. DATA SECURITY
Data transmitted by the third-party SDKs our apps use is transmitted using industry-standard
encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), as provided by those SDKs. We do not operate our own servers
that independently collect, transmit, or store personal data outside of your own device.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Depending on the app, we rely on: Google AdMob (Maze with Snake or Arrow, PDFileScan), Meta
(Facebook) Audience Network and Unity Ads / IronSource LevelPlay (Hair And Eye Color Changer),
Google Firebase — Crashlytics and Analytics (all three apps), Google Play Billing (all three
apps, where in-app purchases are offered), Google Play Services, Google ML Kit for on-device
document scanning and text recognition (PDFileScan only — processed on-device, not sent to us),
and Google Sign-In / Google Drive (PDFileScan's optional Drive-sync feature only, see Section 1).
Each operates under its own privacy policy in addition to this one. We do not sell your
information, and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the standard
ad-serving flows described above. These providers may process and store data outside your own
country, including in the United States, under their own respective safeguards.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect a new app being added,
a change in third-party SDKs used, or applicable law. Changes will be reflected by updating the
"Effective Date" above.
