These Terms govern your use of applications published by Ajwa (the “Apps”). They apply to Flight Tracker Live Radar and to future Apps we publish.
If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
You also agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA for an App Store download, the Apple Standard EULA controls for that conflict. Apple is not a party to these Terms except as required by Apple’s rules.
We provide consumer software which may include flight tracking, maps, weather, saved lists, notifications, AI assistance, media tools, and related features. Features vary by App and may change.
The Apps are provided “as is”. Data from airlines, airports, radars, maps, weather, and AI can be wrong or late.
You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live). If you are under 18, you may use the Apps only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), resell, or misuse the Apps.
Some Apps work without an account (anonymous technical ID only). You are responsible for activity on your device. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or legal risk.
If you type, upload, or save content:
You keep ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the feature (store on device, send to a provider you consented to, show it back to you).
You must not submit illegal, infringing, or harmful content, or anyone else’s personal data without permission.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use it. You must not use AI features to create illegal content, to impersonate others, or to make safety-critical decisions (including aviation operations). We may rate-limit or disable AI to prevent abuse.
The App does not replace airline apps, airport information, or official briefings. Do not use it as the sole source for check-in, boarding, connections, or safety. We are not liable for missed flights, delays, or decisions based on App data.
You agree not to:
Scrape, overload, or attack our servers or third-party APIs
Bypass paywalls, trial limits, or security
Use the Apps for unlawful surveillance
Infringe others’ rights
Reverse-engineer API keys or redistribute our backend access
Some features require a one-time purchase or an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple.
Apple-required subscription terms:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown in the App / App Store.
You can manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or Apple’s equivalent).
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Prices and duration (weekly / monthly / yearly / lifetime, if offered) are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by region.
We may offer a limited free trial of specific features (for example one search and one AI message). After that, those features may require a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Lifetime (if offered) means a one-time purchase that unlocks that App’s paid features on Apple platforms where the product is sold, for as long as we operate the App, not a promise that the App will exist forever.
The Apps, branding, and our original code and design are owned by Ajwa or our licensors. Third-party data, maps, photos, and trademarks belong to their owners. No airline or airport endorsement is implied.
The Apps may call third-party APIs and websites. Their terms apply. Outages or changes at those providers can limit features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Apps are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajwa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or travel costs. Our total liability for a claim relating to an App will not exceed the amount you paid us for that App in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the App was free). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Apps or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Apps at any time. We may stop offering an App or a feature. Surviving sections include IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and subscription language that must continue by law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the new Effective date is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Apps and cancel any subscription through Apple.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws. Where applicable, Apple’s terms and policies also apply.
